Paul Bailey highlights the fact that Hinewai Ormsby (Chair, HBRC) in her recently published Talking Point promoting a dam on the Ngāruroro River has supplied an infographic which plots 2 water shortage scenarios, whereas the Report from which the figures were drawn models a 3rd water scenario of a surplus , with Wise Water Use. 

An inconvenient truth for a Council hellbent on spending ratepayer money on promoting another dam to benefit agribusiness.
